2、本人作品有三件入选本协会主办的国家级展览者及国际展览者。

 

 

3、不足三件者的参考以下条件：

 

（1）从事美术史论和美术理论研究,有较高的水平和成就者。

 

（2）从事书画教育、书画组织工作具有显著成绩和贡献者。

 

（3）会员有遵守国际书画家协会章程,执行本协会决议,参加本协会活动,维护本协会权益,缴纳会费的义务。

 

 

权利与义务：

 

1、会员有选举权、被选举权和表决权,有对本协会工作进行监督和提出意见、建议的权利；

 

2、参加本协会举办的各种活动权；

 

3、获得本协会的管理、服务权；

 

4、依法维护个人的著作权及宪法赋予书画家的一切权利；

 

5、会员执行本协会的决议；

 

6、维护本协会的合法权益；

 

7、完成本协会交办的任务；

 

8、会员退会自由,退会后交回会员证；

 

9、按规定缴纳会费；

10、会员如严重违反国际书画家协会章程经本协会领导机构讨论决定,可取消会籍。

I. participants

II. Application for membership

Applicants should be well-known in the local area, have unique skills and expertise, and have relevant certificates and certificates. Applicants must ensure the authenticity, accuracy and accuracy of the materials while providing them. The organizing committee shall have the right to make appropriate modifications and embellishments to the relevant text and picture materials provided by the applicants and editors, and shall have the final right of finalization.

III. requirements for application materials

1. Submit 3 pieces of personal representative works (original works), including traditional Chinese painting, oil painting, calligraphy, seal cutting and other types, with unlimited size. The name, specification (in cm), type and creation year of these works are required. The work requires that the spirit of the Chinese nation be widely promoted, the construction of a harmonious society be promoted, and the content be healthy and upward.

2. In order to fully display individual artistic achievements, the applicant can submit high-definition photos of his other works in addition to the three original works. There is no limit to the number. It is required to indicate the size (in cm) and name of the original works on the back of the photos.

3. 200-250 words of personal art resume and two recent color life photos.

4. One copy of the list and certificate of international, national, provincial and ministerial, municipal and county level honors.

5. One copy of personal ID card (or officer card and other certificates).

IV. application process

1. The applicant shall submit the application materials to the organizing committee within the time limit of draft solicitation, and the organizing committee shall organize the review expert committee to review the application works. Apply for membership fee in advance after passing. The list of participants will be published on www.gjshjxh.cn.

2. All the applied works shall not be returned. The ownership of the works belongs to the organizing committee, which shall be collected by the International Association of calligraphers and painters, and the collection certificate shall be issued.

3. If the applicant's work fails to pass, the applicant is requested to write down the mailing address in detail so as to return it.

Vi. embellishment of appraisal works

In order to encourage the applicants to be more active in artistic creation, the International Association of calligraphers and painters intends to assist the selected applicants to apply to the relevant agencies for the embellishment appraisal of their works.

The items of Runge appraisal include painting, calligraphy, seal cutting, handicrafts and other items that need to be appraised. The applicants can first quote the price of their works after their personal art resume (based on the submitted work level, and the price of calligraphy and painting works is in "yuan / square foot").

The International Association of calligraphers and painters and the art appraisal committee identify Runge according to the works submitted by the applicant, upload the appraisal results to the International Association of calligraphers and painters for online record, and issue Runge appraisal certificate to the applicant.

The appraisal fee is RMB 3000 for each single item. When submitting the < Runge Record Form > > the applicant needs to apply for Runge appraisal together and pay the appraisal fee.
