Walking along the street is like water, cool and beautiful. " The mid autumn night dream, written by Shen Peng, honorary chairman of the Chinese Calligraphy Association in 2017, is full of ancient style and poetic sentiment. When it is presented in the form of calligraphy, it is more cold and mysterious. The ancients always emphasized the integration of poetry and books. Both of them were born between the ink and the brush, which made the literati express their feelings and feel the world. In recent years, Shen Peng, who was more than 80 years old, paid more attention to the integration of poetry and books in his creation, telling his feelings about life in poetry and form in books.
 
 
 
Recently, the opening exhibition of Beijing Jieju academy art museum (Shen Peng's poetry manuscript) sponsored by Beijing Jieju academy, Beijing Jieju academy art museum and China Story Magazine was held in Beijing. The works exhibited in the exhibition are mainly poetry sketches of Shen Peng in recent years, totaling more than 30 pieces. These works combine the two artistic forms of poetry and calligraphy, and the whole article is filled with a strong artistic atmosphere and poetic flavor of the volume.
 
 
 
As a scholar calligrapher in the contemporary book world, Shen Peng has not only the cultivation and temperament of artists, but also the elegant realm of scholars and poets. His pursuit of the creation tendency of the integration of poetry and book is mainly reflected in two directions. The first is to write the ancient poetry classics, and strive to make the ink changes and the poetry content organically integrate together, and integrate the wild and graceful, natural and simple aesthetic pursuit into the realm construction, so that the characters and poems can develop each other and reach the transcendent realm. Among them, the famous works such as "the journey of the ancient Lang moon", "Su Muzha", "Bai xuege sent to judge Wu to return to Beijing" and "yonghuai historic site" are his frequent visitors. When these works are presented in various styles, their own appeal and vitality are more amazing; the second is self writing poetry, which is also the mainstream of Shen Peng's creation in recent years. The speed of life changes often makes people feel, and emotions move in words. Shen Peng turns his thoughts on life, feelings on life and love for nature into words and sentences, and creates them on Xuan paper. He praised the natural Narcissus, the Huangshan people's word waterfall, the reading Office of Fan Zhongyan in Tianping mountain, Suzhou, the rice temple in Lianshui, the willow catkins dialogue and the idle chant, which were all his thoughts on the world through poetry.
 
 
 
"The five colors make people dizzy, I understand the soul of the book from the poetry", this is Shen Peng's interpretation of his aesthetic pursuit. In his opinion, the integration of poetry and calligraphy is not only the interdependence of creation, that is, poetry is the content of creation, calligraphy is the form of presentation, but also the two arts have similarities in the essence of aesthetic spirit, and can learn from each other. Poetry, with its artistic conception, pursues the aesthetic form of the combination of reality and reality, and the aesthetic realm of the unity of man and nature. Applying this pursuit of aesthetic realm to calligraphy can make calligraphy more meaningful, and make the changes of strokes more vivid and interesting. Calligraphy advocates simplicity. As Lu Shuqing, a calligrapher, said in his evaluation of Shen Peng's works, "the book embodies the poetic environment, and poetry casts the soul of the book. Shen Peng has been engaged in calligraphy creation for more than half a century. Now, he still insists on thinking, research and creation. He constantly draws nutrition from Chinese classical aesthetics, pursues the way of calligraphy, art and life, conforms to the trend of the times, and contributes his strength to calligraphy. "Shen Peng is proficient in calligraphy theory, is good at observing current events, pursues unremittingly in calligraphy exploration, keeps climbing, and advances hand in hand in poetry, calligraphy, theory and teaching. Adhering to the childlike heart, he has made great contributions to the development of calligraphy in China, which is a list for our younger generation to learn." This exhibition is also the opening exhibition of Beijing Jieju academy art museum.
